This 10-day journey is a comprehensive adventure that takes you deep into the heart of Vietnam’s culture and nature, exploring the unique contrast between the ancient capital Hanoi and Central Heritage (Quang Binh, Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An).

Hanoi (Cultural Capital): Discover the cultural and historical center at Ba Dinh Square, the Temple of Literature, and enjoy the timeless charm of the Old Quarter.
Quang Binh (Kingdom of Caves): Marvel at two world-class natural wonders, Phong Nha Cave (the longest underground river) and Thien Duong Cave (the longest dry cave in Asia), combined with eco-tourism experiences at Song Chay – Dark Cave and Mooc Waterfall.

DAY 01. ARRIVAL & HANOI CULTURAL HEARTLAND TOUR (LUNCH, DINNER)

Morning: Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), our professional driver and guide will provide a comfortable transfer to the city. Begin your cultural exploration at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex (viewing the Mausoleum, Presidential Palace historical site, Stilt House, Fish Pond, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the One Pillar Pagoda—a revered 11th-century structure). Continue to the Temple of Literature (Văn Miếu Quốc Tử Giám), Vietnam’s first national university.

Lunch: Enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant before checking in to your 4-star hotel for a short rest.

Afternoon: Visit Hoa Lo Prison (built by the French in 1886) to learn about its profound historical significance during the Indochina and Vietnam Wars. Afterward, immerse yourself in the vibrant life of the Hanoi Old Quarter, exploring Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.

Evening: Enjoy a welcome dinner featuring refined Vietnamese cuisine. Conclude the day with a captivating performance of the traditional Water Puppet Show at Thang Long Theatre. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 02. HANOI – SCENIC OVERLAND JOURNEY TO QUANG BINH (B, L, D)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast. Check out and embark on a scenic overland journey towards Quang Binh, renowned as Vietnam’s “Kingdom of Caves.” A rest stop will be arranged en route.

Lunch: Stop in Ha Tinh province to enjoy lunch featuring local specialties. Continue the drive to Dong Hoi City.

Afternoon: Arrive in Dong Hoi City. Check in to your hotel and enjoy free time for relaxation, sightseeing, or swimming at the beach.

Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. The evening is free for you to explore Dong Hoi City at leisure. Overnight in Quang Binh.

DAY 03. PHONG NHA CAVE & CHAY RIVER ECO-ADVENTURE (B, L, D)

Morning: After breakfast, transfer to Phong Nha Cave, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for possessing the longest underground river and spectacular stalactite systems. Enjoy a boat trip into the cave to admire the natural marvels.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch in Phong Nha.

Afternoon: Experience the eco-adventure area of Chay River – Dark Cave (Hang Tối). This spot offers pristine wilderness, the stunning turquoise waters of the Chay River, and the mysterious Dark Cave, providing unique recreational experiences.

Late Afternoon: Return to the hotel. Free time for swimming or exploration.

Evening: Dinner at a restaurant, followed by free time to explore Dong Hoi. Overnight in Quang Binh.

DAY 04. PARADISE CAVE & MOOC SPRING ECO-PARK (B, L, D)

Morning: After breakfast, transfer to Paradise Cave (Động Thiên Đường). This longest dry cave in Asia is celebrated for its majestic beauty and massive, spectacular stalactite formations, earning it the nickname “Underground Palace.”

Lunch: Enjoy lunch in the Phong Nha area.

Afternoon: Visit Mooc Spring (Suối Nước Mooc), an ecotourism gem nestled in a limestone valley within Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. The site is famous for its crystal-clear, emerald blue spring water that erupts from the mountain’s core, offering a refreshing natural pool (at a cool 16-18°C year-round).

Late Afternoon: Return to the hotel. Free time to relax and explore Dong Hoi City.

Evening: Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight in Quang Binh.

DAY 05. QUANG BINH – VINH MOC TUNNELS – HUE IMPERIAL CITY (B, L, D)

Morning: Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to Vinh Moc Tunnels (Địa đạo Vịnh Mốc) in Quang Tri province. This extensive underground village system served as a vital shelter and living space during the Vietnam War, standing as an exceptional national historical relic demonstrating the resilience of the local population.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch in Quang Tri City.

Afternoon: Continue the journey south to Hue Imperial City. Check into your hotel upon arrival.

DAY 06. HUE IMPERIAL GRANDEUR & POETIC TOMB (B, L, D)

Morning: After breakfast, visit the Hue Imperial Citadel (Đại Nội Huế), the administrative and residential center of the 13 Nguyễn Emperors (Vietnam’s last feudal dynasty) for 143 years. This complex is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Hue Monuments. Continue to Thien Mu Pagoda (Chùa Linh Mụ), one of the oldest and most famous pagodas in Hue, situated on Ha Khe Hill overlooking the romantic Perfume River.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant with local delicacies.

Afternoon: Visit the Tomb of Emperor Tu Duc (Khiêm Lăng), the final resting place of the 4th Nguyễn Emperor. This architectural masterpiece is celebrated for its absolute harmony between imperial architecture and the surrounding nature, reflecting the poetic soul of the Emperor.

Late Afternoon: Return to the hotel. Free time for personal exploration.

Evening: Dinner at a restaurant. Free time to experience the dreamy city of Hue by night. Overnight in Hue.

DAY 07. HUE – DA NANG (B, L, D)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and check-out.

08:00: Transfer to Da Nang—Vietnam’s “most livable city.” The journey offers scenic views.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch in Da Nang featuring local culinary specialties.

Afternoon: Check in to your hotel. The remainder of the afternoon is free for you to relax, sightsee, or swim at the beautiful My Khe Beach.

Evening: Dinner in Da Nang City. Free time to explore the vibrant city by night. Overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 08. DA NANG – HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN (B, L, D)

Morning: Breakfast and check-out.

08:00: Transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town (a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site), a bustling international trading port from the 16th to 17th centuries, also known as Faifo. The town captivates visitors with its perfectly preserved ancient architecture and peaceful lifestyle.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant with unique local flavors.

Afternoon: Check in to your hotel in Hoi An. Visit and experience traditional craft villages, such as the Lantern Making Village and the Hoi An Silk Village, offering excellent photo opportunities.

Evening: Dinner at a restaurant. Enjoy free time to explore the illuminated Ancient Town by night, listen to traditional Bài Chòi folk singing, and release flower lanterns on the river. Overnight in Hoi An

DAY 09. MY SON SANCTUARY – DA NANG RETURN (B, L, D)

Morning: Breakfast and check-out.

08:00: Transfer to My Son Sanctuary, a cluster of ancient Cham Pa temple towers situated in a valley surrounded by mountains. This site was the religious and political heart of the Champa Kingdom from the 4th to 13th centuries and is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. It is considered the only major Hindu temple complex of its kind in Vietnam.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch in Hoi An.

Afternoon: Transfer back to Da Nang. Check in to your hotel. Free time for personal relaxation, sightseeing, and swimming at My Khe Beach.

Evening: Dinner in Da Nang City. Free time to explore the city by night. Overnight in Da Nang.

DAY 10. DA NANG – HANOI TRANSFER & DEPARTURE (B, L, D)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and check-out, and take a flight from Da nang airport to Noi Bai Airport. The tour concludes upon drop-off. Our guide bids you farewell.
